All assessments are performed in person and all orthotics are designed in person by a licensed Chiropodist, and all orthotics are designed in person, fitted by a licensed Chiropodist.
There is an initial consultation fee of $100, half of which is paid as a deposit upon booking your appointment online.
The custom made orthotic device is $450, which includes delivery and a free fitting appointment by your Chiropodist (optional). Fitting appointments can be scheduled for your home or office.
Most health insurance plans in Canada will cover 1 pair of Orthotics per year up to $500. The best way to check is to call your insurance provider directly.
Depending on your health insurance provider, usually the refund is issued within 14 days of your purchase. FEEL will help ensure that you have all the proper paperwork in order, so that the refund process is smooth!
Appointments canceled with 24 hours notice are fully refundable. If the cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, then a $50 fee (half of your Assessment Fee) will be collected.
It is simply a placeholder to ensure your time slot is secure. It is deducted from the $100 assessment fee. Please note, should you need to cancel, a notice of 24 hours is required to receive a refund.
